Mental, Mental!

I went to the Cantab tonight with Laura and Alli so see some spoken word. I might become a regular if can get a seat before it gets packed. I also met our new downstairs neighbor Emily before we left. Not sure if she made it to show after I broke out. Anyhow I need to make fun of this somehow. I'm about to find inspiration from my favorite slam poet, Kevin Powell from the 1st season of the Real World New York. This should be fun. :)

I'm back to the grind but not like I should. Things need to change. It all starts by saying no to everything before I get what I need to get done first. I need to do more with what I have including this.
